Gnosis
Today I heard a new expression, " Gnosis "from the Greek word for knowledge. In Webster’s it means a divinely inspired knowledge. Generally it is the process to gain knowledge.
There are three kinds of gnosis in medicine:
Etiognosis, to gain knowledge of the cause of illness
Diagnosis, to gain knowledge of the presence of illness
Prognosis, to gain knowledge of the future outcome of illness…
Its nice to know it..isnt it?
